1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by TheLuxeWeb Studio, a sole trader registered in the Slovak Republic. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
TheLuxeWeb Studio provides web design, web development, copywriting, photo editing, video production, and related digital services as described on this website. All services are provided on a project basis and begin only after a written agreement between both parties.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All prices listed on this website are starting prices unless stated otherwise. A final price is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Prices are quoted in EUR and do not include VAT unless explicitly stated. TheLuxeWeb Studio reserves the right to update pricing at any time — changes do not affect projects already agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer only. No payments are processed directly through this website. A deposit of 70% is required before work begins on custom web design projects. The remaining balance is due before the final delivery or launch. For smaller services, full payment may be required upfront — this will be confirmed in your project agreement. Work does not begin until the deposit is received. Delivered work remains the property of TheLuxeWeb Studio until payment is received in full.
5. Project Process & Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are dependent on timely feedback and content delivery from the client. Delays caused by the client — including late content submission, slow feedback, or unresponsiveness — may affect the delivery date. TheLuxeWeb Studio is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment processors.
6. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in each service is stated in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated before any extra work is carried out.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, and materials required for the project. The client confirms they have the right to use any materials submitted to TheLuxeWeb Studio, including images, text, logos, and other content. TheLuxeWeb Studio is not liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for their project. TheLuxeWeb Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets used — such as stock photos, fonts, or plugins — remain subject to their original licenses.
9. Confidentiality
TheLuxeWeb Studio treats all client information with discretion. Project details, personal information, and business information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. Clients who require a formal NDA may request one before the project begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
TheLuxeWeb Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including but not limited to loss of income, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If TheLuxeWeb Studio cancels a project for reasons within its control, any deposit paid for work not yet completed will be refunded.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved under Slovak jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
TheLuxeWeb Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
