TheLuxeWeb Studio is operated by a sole trader based in the Slovak Republic. This website is operated at TheLuxeWeb.com and provides web design services and digital products.

Contact form submissions When you fill in the contact form on this website, I collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your potential project. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual communication.
Email communication If you contact me directly by email, I store that correspondence for the purpose of managing our communication and project relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest / contractual necessity.
Project data If we work together, I may collect and process additional information necessary to complete your project — such as business details, brand materials, and content you provide. Legal basis: performance of contract.
3. What We Do Not Collect
This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or analytics tools. No cookies are set by this website beyond what is technically necessary for it to function. No payment data is collected — all payments are handled via direct bank transfer outside of this website.

Inquiry data from the contact form is kept for up to 12 months. If we enter into a working relationship, project-related data is kept for up to 5 years in accordance with Slovak accounting and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 6.
