3. Payments & Deposits
To begin a project, an 80% non-refundable deposit is required before any work starts.
The remaining 20% is payable upon completion, before the site goes live.
Monthly website management (admin service) is billed in advance and must be paid on time to maintain active service and updates.
If payment is delayed or canceled, service may be paused until payment is received.
4. Ownership & Content
All content (photos, text, videos) provided by the client remains the property of the client.
Design, layout, and structure of the website are licensed to the client upon full payment.
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that all materials they provide are legally owned, age-verified, and allowed for publication.
5. Disclaimer on Results and Income
The Luxe Web provides high-quality, professional website design and management services.
However, individual results, earnings, and visibility depend on each client’s own content, photos, presentation, and promotion efforts.
While we optimize every website for performance and visibility, The Luxe Web cannot guarantee any specific level of income, popularity, or business success.
Clients are responsible for providing appropriate, legal, and good-quality photos, videos, and information to be used on their website.
Poor-quality or unprofessional materials may affect the overall performance or aesthetic results of the website.
6. Confidentiality & Discretion
All client communication, materials, and personal details are strictly confidential.
No information will ever be disclosed or shared with third parties.
Projects are handled with the highest level of privacy, in line with the standards of the adult entertainment and companion industry.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of each website and the amount of personal labor involved, all deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Exceptions may be made only if no work has begun and both parties agree in writing.
8. Liability

- Temporary hosting interruptions
- External platform issues (e.g., payment processors, third-party servers)
- Legal disputes resulting from client-provided content

If terminated, no refunds are issued for work already completed or prepaid months of service.
